An Update in the way of Updates...

Well since my last post a LOT has happened! For one I have moved...again. After King/Union Wireless I worked briefly for Diamond Wireless (a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer). And before you start getting all upity about me working for Verizon let me explain: in Wyoming there are 2, yes for those of my city and large state (and yes even Idaho is included as a "large state" population wise when compared to the aprox 500k people that make up the entirety of Wyoming) there really are only 2, cell phone carriers available. Those being Union Wireless (a GSM based carrier and AT&T roaming partner) and Verizon (still considered a scourge upon the earth). I worked for Union and found them to be a superior choice between the 2, but Verizon offered to more than double my paycheck. The money looked too good to pass up so I went for it. While I enjoyed the team I worked with, I couldn't stand the product no matter how hard I tried. I also had some thinking to do in my personal life (more on that to come later). All of those things happened just as the opportunity to come back to Washington to visit. As I crossed the state line back into Washington it all just felt right. I saw some of my friends from here and visited Pullman and it was over. I came back to Rock Springs (WY), put in my notice at Diamond (to which I was told to "just sign and get out" (side note: still the cheapest Verizon dealer)), said goodbye to family and friends (which are family you choose), packed up my Focus yet again and headed back to Pullman (WA).
[Side Note: For those not following geographically; Rock Springs is in Wyoming (http://tinyurl.com/2fd6wdk), Pullman is in Washington and the home of Washington State University (http://tinyurl.com/26ul6t7)]
Shortly upon returning to Pullman I was hired by Cougar Communications, A Sprint Preferred Ready NOW Retailer. I now sell Sprint and can live with myself. (As opposed to selling Verizon) I've been in Pullman for about 2 months now and have taken on another job concurrent to Sprint.
I am also now the overnight Customer Service Manager (CSM) for the brand new Walmart Super Center in Pullman. At this exact moment working these 2 jobs has afforded me only 19 hours sleep in the past 6 days (for those doing the math that comes out to be awake 125 of the last 144 hours). So needless to say I'm pretty much constantly tired at the moment! I'm just praying things change very very soon! Sprint is reducing my hours for me so that I don't die trying to work both jobs thankfully!
So in the way of Random Musings from a Random Source: This has been an Update in the way of Updates!
